This Ahcon safety cage, MAXI SAFE is designed for extra-large wheels. MAXI SAFE is designed with double doors either in the front or in the side and with sliding door on the left. Safety cage has adjustable wheel support and integrated rollers with a roll-out system. In addition, an Emergency emptying system with 10 meter cable and switch. Safety cage is used with Ahcon Inflation computer PCI 7200 12 bar. With a door switch and Omega-jet system (22.5 ") and incl. 50 liter tank.
Processen
The wheel is rolled in and placed on the rollers with the valve facing the side door or the sliding door to the left. Close the door securely. Now open side-/sliding door and nipple / clutch to be mounted on the valve. Wheel support can be adjusted at the height of the Omega Jet Ring adjusted to the rim. Inflation computer set and enabled. By activating the Omega Jet System, there is released 50 liters of air at 1/100 sec. Consequently, use approved hearing protection. When the wheel is pumped up, press the pedal and the integrated deployment system will tilt the rear roller, so that the wheels roll out them self. Ergonomic:

When the wheel is inflated, the built-in deployment system provides for the wheels to roll out of the cage. This avoids the continuous load of and damage to the spine and knees.
Safety:
MAXI SAFE safety cage is manufactured in Duplex with two layers of protection expanded metal, which inverts both the shock wave and protection against fragments of a possible tire explosion. Complete safety cages, which are fitted with safety switch in the doors. This means that the filling can take place only when the doors are closed. Safety cage is also designed so that you cannot be hurt by normal use of the machine, if the instructions are followed.
Intelligence:
If you choose computer controlled inflation, by using CI 5000 or PCI 7200, it ensures that the tires quickly and accurately get the correct pressure. Using Omega Jet system will also ensure an effective and consistent workflow.
