Delivery Details

TechPlus offer a next working day delivery service to 90% of areas throughout Ireland & Northern Ireland. Orders are dispatched up to 3.00pm from Monday to Friday and delivery is usually made before 5.30pm. We use DX Delivery and do not provide shipping to customers outside Ireland & Northern Ireland.

Delivery charges vary between €10, €20 & €45 depending on weight and mass of the product.

You can collect your order for free from our showroom in Tallaght, Dublin 24. Call us after placing your order to organise a time that suits.
TechPlus do not currently provide shipping to customers outside Ireland & Northern Ireland.

If you are ordering to an address that’s a little ‘out of the way’ please bear in mind that the courier may not be familiar with the area, so please give directions if you think it’s necessary. Please be sure to include your mobile number on order so the courier can contact you if necessary.

Collect Your Order

TechPlus also cater for customers who would prefer to collect their order from our showroom. You can complete your order online and once you select the collection in-store option we will have your products ready and waiting when you call in to our showroom in Tallaght, Dublin 24. Feel free to contact us to organise a time that suits.

Returns Policy

We intend to supply only the highest quality products and believe you will be delighted with your product from TechPlus. However, if you are unhappy with the product in any way it can be returned to us following the steps outlined below. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible.

When you purchase online, you have a statutory right to return a product (other than perishable produce or a special order) up to 7 days after your order has been delivered. We can change or cancel your order up until it has been dispatched.

If you return the product in its original unused condition (with the product & packaging unmarked) and fit for resale within seven working days of the order being received, we will refund you the cost of the product or replace it (if available) as soon as possible following our agreement to do so (excluding the cost of postage and transport). You will be responsible for paying for the return carriage of the goods to us. If you are exchanging a product for another size or style we will send these subsequent items to you free of charge.

All items you wish to return have to be received by us within 14 days of delivery (i.e. the day after the vouched date of dispatch to you). Please include all relevant packing slips and documentation when returning the product.
