Ahcon produces extra-large safety inflation cages that can take two truck tires at a time.
HP 2 is a complete inflation cage with side door andwith safety switches on both sides and a slidingfront. The Safety cage has side support wheels and integrated rollers with roll-out system on both sides.
There is also one Emergency emptying system with 10 meter cable and switch.
The Safety cages can be used with Ahcon Inflation computers PCI 7200 and CI 5000. Omega jetsystem can also be used for 2-HP safety cages.
Processen
The sliding door on the front of the cage opens, the wheels are rolled in and placed on rollers with the valves facing side doors. Then close the sliding doors securely. Now open the side door and nipples / clutches can be mounted on the valves. Side supports and the height are adjusted on the Omega Jet Ring is adjusted to the rims. Inflation computer is set and enabled. By activating the Omega Jet System, that releases 50 liters of air at 1/100 sec. Consequently, use approved hearing protection. When the wheels are inflated, press the foot pedal and the integrated deployment system tilting the rear roller so that the wheels roll out. The wheels are then ready for balancing and mounting.
Ergonomic:
HP 2-safety cages are designed so that the mechanic avoids inadequate bending and twisting of the spine. The heavy wheels are rolled into the cages and all of the switches are in a user friendly height. When the wheels are inflated, the built in roll-out system provides for the wheels to roll out of the cage. This avoids the continuous load of and damage to the spine and knees.
Safety:
HP 2-safety cages are available as simplex and duplex. Simplex has 1 layer of protection expanded metal to protect against fragments of a blowout. Duplex has 2 layers of protection expanded metal, partly inverts the shock wave and protects against fragments of a blowout. A complete safety cage is equipped with safety switches in the doors. This means that the inflation can take place, only when the doors are closed. Safety cages are also designed so that you cannot be hurt by normal use of the machine, if instructions are followed.
Intelligence:
If you choose the computer guided inflation by using PCI 7200 and CI 5000, it ensures that the tires quickly and accurately get the correct pressure. Using Omega Jet system will also ensure an effective and consistent workflow. The double inflation capacity also reduces the time consumption.
